"If I could give fewer stars I would. Robert has continually renewed an invalid policy knowingly and continues to avoid phone calls to resolve the issue. His agency has excellent PR because they have to cover for their misuse of the system. They have been told no less than 6 times the policy wasn’t correct. Shiny smiles hide the dirtiest mouths. Do yourself a favor and pick one of the 30 other SF agents in the area. This guy won’t even come to the phone and makes his secretaries handle problems. That’s weak for a business owner and sad for representing his agency. Really don’t chance it, go elsewhere."

While there might have been minor clerical issues, we always got things sorted out well and they've always been patient with my dozens of questions. Although, Robert has tried to resolved the issue, it's not working. Would recommend downloading an app to record your conversations."
