"I would not recommend this statefarm agent. This agency was great until I added two cars to my policy. I have had the worst customer service experience with the staff. Although, Robert has tried to resolved the issue, it's not working. Would recommend downloading an app to record your conversations. Don't make any changes to your account."

"I like State Farm, but this local office is one of the worst I've ever had to deal with! I was overcharged for MONTHS, and then was promised a refund that I still haven't seen! I have called, written emails, and NOTHING. Trying to reach Robert is impossible; you're forced to deal with his incompetent staff instead. After yet another series of phone calls, one of his own employees informed me that the agent handling my policy is "behind on several of her tasks." I feel sorry for anyone who actually has an insurance claim that these people, because I don't believe they're doing their jobs adequately."

"I've used State Farm the past few years for both my renter's and auto insurance policies. The agents are always responsive and thorough. In less than 24 hours, Rebecca M. was able to update my renter's insurance policy to my new address, along with providing responses to additional questions I had on my policy, premiums, and other items. Their services are always greatly appreciated."

"If I could give fewer stars I would. Robert has continually renewed an invalid policy knowingly and continues to avoid phone calls to resolve the issue. His agency has excellent PR because they have to cover for their misuse of the system. They have been told no less than 6 times the policy wasn’t correct. Shiny smiles hide the dirtiest mouths. Do yourself a favor and pick one of the 30 other SF agents in the area. This guy won’t even come to the phone and makes his secretaries handle problems. That’s weak for a business owner and sad for representing his agency. Really don’t chance it, go elsewhere."

"I've only had positive experiences with the staff at Ndegwa's State Farm Agency. While there might have been minor clerical issues, we always got things sorted out well and they've always been patient with my dozens of questions. I had a really stressful moment where I needed to add insurance very quickly and they were patient and took the time to help. I highly recommend them."
